Job Description

Summary of Duties:

    1. Support the General Manager in the general running of the company.


    1. Oversee daily operations of the business.


    1. Supervise all aspects of the management of the estate under the guidance of the General Manager.


    1. Supervise and ensure the highest level of the management of all RG EMC Branches.


    1. Ensure proper performance of duties by all staff.


    1. Attend to problems referred from all Managers.


    1. Liaise with Estate Managers at all branches as well as Security Manager.


    1. Maintain regular communication with residents on the general affairs of the various branches.


    1. Receive residents and attend to their problems.


    1. Ensure that estate rules and bye-laws are enforced for the good of all residents at all branches.


    1. Prepare and submit monthly estate operational reports for the GM.


    1. Attend Council meetings of the Homeowners’ Associations.

  1. Available to work extra hours, on weekends and on holidays if and when necessary.
